Connect Ordessa Manager to ChatGPT

Use your shop's catalogue from ChatGPT. You need an Ordessa account with access to a shop, and a ChatGPT plan that can connect apps.

Not in ChatGPT's app directory yet

Until Ordessa Manager is listed, it is connected through ChatGPT's developer mode, which OpenAI offers on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans, in ChatGPT on the web.

Connect

In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Open Plugins, choose the plus button and create a developer-mode app named Ordessa Manager, with OAuth as the authentication and this address as the MCP server URL:

ChatGPT opens an Ordessa page. Sign in with your shop's Ordessa account, read what it will be allowed to do, and choose Allow.
In a chat, choose Ordessa Manager under the Developer mode tool and ask: "Which shops can I manage?" ChatGPT asks you to confirm each change before it is made.

Disconnect

In the Ordessa Manager app, open AI assistants and choose Disconnect next to ChatGPT. It stops working at its next request. You can also delete the app in ChatGPT's settings; connecting again starts from the Ordessa page.

If it does not work

"This is a customer account": Ordessa Manager is for shop accounts. Sign in with the account you use in the Ordessa Manager app.
No editing tools: staff accounts can only read. Ask the shop's owner, or connect with a manager's account.
"Ordessa no longer accepts this connection": it was disconnected. Connect again from step 3.
